Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Line Cook in a busy restaurant environment
  • Knowledge of basic cooking techniques, including sautéing, grilling, and frying
  • Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare menu items according to recipe and company standards
  • Assist with the preparation of food for catering and special events
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or needed supplies to the Chef
  • Assist with cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment and surfaces
